My approach is experiential, relational, and based in deep inquiry into the root causes of your suffering. With curiosity and compassion, we will move at the speed of trust and care. We will honor your individual experience and uplift your strengths. We will acknowledge collective and historical oppression. We will compassionately examine the societal messages you’ve received in life and distinguish what still benefits and what no longer serves you. Throughout it all, my hope is to strengthen your toolbox to heal and live a more aligned, compassionate, and grounded life.
My style of therapy can be defined as direct and engaged while also incorporating humor and playfulness.
I also incorporate Internal Family Systems, a modality used to help people get familiar with different parts of themselves to achieve a stronger inner knowing and sense of balance.
