Therapy with Irene

Hi there, my name is Irene. I am an Asian non-binary polyamorous therapist offering individual and couple's therapy. My practice is geared towards, but is not exclusive to, BIPOC, queer and trans, and/or polyamorous people.

In therapy, we can discover the societal messages that are holding you back and develop new ones that align with your best self. We will acknowledge the pain and hurt you’ve experienced and discover what no longer serves you. Through it all, we will honor the resilience and sacredness of you and your lineage.
